After the Harvest rescues nutritious fruits and vegetables from going to waste and donates them to agencies that serve hungry people, primarily in Greater Kansas City. Their volunteers glean after the harvest, picking what’s left in farmers’ fields and picking up already harvested leftover produce.

We are an independent affiliate of Habitat for Humanity, International - operating in new construction, home preservation, and mortgage services. We are an Aging-in-Place and Veterans Build Affiliate, advocating for the unique needs of our Veteran and older neighbors.

The Mission of the Manhattan Area Resettlement Team (MART) is to equitably coordinate a comprehensive set of services required to successfully resettle refugees in the community through the efforts of a staffed and volunteer team. Services include safe housing, basic furnishings and clothing, and access to health care, social services, education and employment resources.
