A report this week paints a negative economic picture for the Midwest and Plains states. The monthly economic survey of nine states comes from Creighton (CRAY-ton) University in Omaha. The report moved the economic outlook down from neutral to negative. Despite the numbers, Goss does not predict a second recession.
