Kansas Foster Care System Overwhelmed as Even More Kids Flood In

Kansas has about 2,700 children in foster care, but not nearly enough foster parents to take them in.  That and other problems have been plaguing the system designed to help abused and neglected children.  The Kansas News Service takes a closer looks at the system and some of its problems.
