Seeking the best exercise for vascular health post stroke.

One in four families in Kansas are affected by stroke. Our hope is that by finding an exercise intervention that may help improve vascular health to a greater extent than the most commonly prescribed form of exercise, being moderate intensity continuous training, that we may further reduce long-term risk of having another stroke or having a heart attack.
