The state of Kansas is offering a statewide amnesty day for parents faced with arrest for failing to pay child support. Anyone with an active bench warrant for failure to pay child support might be able to have that warrant dismissed on Friday, September 25, during "Child Support Bench Warrant Amnesty Day."
