Brownback Seeks Changes to Revenue Estimating Process

In February, the state of Kansas took in $53 million less than had been predicted. In fact, in 11 of the past 12 months, the state has missed its revenue projection target. Now, the governor is looking for ways to improve the state's revenue forecasting system. KPR's J. Schafer has more.
