On this edition of Conversations, Alice Henderson talks with host Dan Skinner about her latest novel, “A Blizzard of Polar Bears.” In addition to being a novelist, Henderson is a sanctuary monitor for the Humane Society Wildlife Land Trust, where she checks remote cameras, does mapping, and undertakes wildlife surveys to determine what species are present.
