Conversations: Howard Ross, "Our Search for Belonging"

How can we bridge the political and racial divide in our nation? On this edition of Conversations, Howard Ross joins us to talk about his latest book, Our Search for Belonging: How Our Need to Connect Is Tearing Us Apart. Ross is a lifelong social justice advocate and the founding partner of Cook Ross, Incorporated, a consultancy dedicated to helping organizations create more inclusive leadership and cultures. His previous books include Reinventing Diversity and Everyday Bias.
