The Natural History Museum at the University of Kansas serves both the University and the public as a center for learning more about our world. Leonard "Kris" Krishtalka is the director of the Institute of Biodiversity Institute and the Natural History Museum. On this edition of Conversations, he joins us to talk about the museum and what you’ll find there. For example, did you know that the historic nature panorama in the museum was constructed for the 1893 World's Columbian Exposition in Chicago? The panorama was groundbreaking for its time and so well regarded that Dyche Hall, which was completed in 1903, was built in part to house the historic nature panorama and preserve it for future generations.
