Conversations: Noliwe Rooks, "Cutting School"

Noliwe Rooks is the Director of American Studies and associate Professor of Africana Studies at Cornell University. She was previously the associate director of African American studies at Princeton. She’s written two previous books, and on this edition of Conversations, joins us to talk about her latest, Cutting School: Privatization, Segregation, and the End of Public Education.
