Illegal immigration has been a hot topic across the country. Kansas State University has been aggressive when it comes to recruiting students - regardless of how those students, or their parents, may have entered the country.

An effort continues in the Kansas Legislature to repeal a tuition break that's been given to children of some illegal immigrants for the past decade.
