Renovations at Osawatomie State Hospital have reduced that facility's capacity, and emergency rooms are having to pick up the slack. -
The Colmery-O'Neil VA emergency room was closed in January 2014. -
The Osawatomie State Hospital needs to have its celiings upgraded, so its occupancy will be reduced until the renovations are completed. -
