Three people in Kansas died from listeria illnesses linked to the ice cream brand.

The FDA has expanded a recall of Blue Bell Ice Cream products after discovering more listeria bacteria. The expanded recall comes in the wake of an earlier recall, which was ordered after three people in Kansas died after eating tainted ice cream at a Wichita hospital.
