  • Catholic bishops in Kansas are walking a fine line on the Syrian refugee crisis. Church leaders have offered their support for the plight of Syrian refugees but have been reluctant to openly criticize the Catholic governor of the state, Sam Brownback, for his executive order designed to keep Syrian refugees out of the state.
