The 2014 edition of America's Health Rankings lists Kansas as 27th. That's the same as the 2013 ranking, but a far cry from 1991, when Kansas ranked 8th in the nation. KPR's Bryan Thompson explores the reasons for the two-decade slide in the rankings, and what needs to be done to move in the other direction.
