Right-handed ace Johnny Cueto dominated the Houston Astros for eight innings Wednesday night to lead the Kansas City Royals to a 7-2 victory and advance to the American League Championship Series for the second consecutive year.

Right-hander Johnny Cueto will start for Kansas City as the Royals try to advance to the American League Championship Series and to the World Series for the second straight year.

KC comes from behind in the final innings to send the series back to Kansas City for Game Five.

The Houston Astros worked around a 49-minute rain delay to beat the Kansas City Royals 5-2 in the opening game of the American League Division Series.

Pitchers Yordano Ventura, Johnny Cueto and Edinson Volquez are expected to be the starting pitchers for the Royals during the ALDS. All are natives of the Dominican Republic.
