Cueto Shines as Royals Beat Astros to Advance to ALCS

This is what everyone in Kansas City was talking about last July when the Royals acquired pitching ace Johnny Cueto from the Cincinnati Reds.  As Kansas Public Radio’s Greg Echlin reports, Cueto gave the fans their money’s worth in last night’s 7-2 series-clinching victory over the Houston Astros.

Game One of the American League Championship Series begins versus the Toronto Blue Jays tomorrow night at Kauffman Stadium in Kansas City.
