Week of March 1, 2021: Thunderstorms, tornadoes, damaging winds -- are you ready for springtime weather in Kansas? March 1st through the 5th marks National Severe Weather Awareness Week, with a statewide tornado drill on Tuesday. We'll hear from meteorologist Chad Omitt of the National Weather Service in Topeka with tips on how to stay safe when storms hit. Plus, local All Things Considered host Laura Lorson talks about what happens behind the scenes at KPR when severe weather strikes Kansas.
