December 18, 2016: a look at this year's Kansas elections -- what happened and what it means for the year ahead in Kansas politics. It's the 2016 Post-Election Conference at the Dole Institute of Politics at the University of Kansas.  This event was moderated by Dave Helling of the Kansas City Star, and features journalists, party officials, lawmakers, and political scientists from across the state.
