August 21, 2016: Dr. Mehmood Khan talks about hard choices ahead for PepsiCo, the food industry, and consumers everywhere. Dr. Khan is vice-chair of PepsiCo, chair of their sustainability council, and chief scientific officer for global research and development. He spoke at Kansas State University on April 25, 2016, as part of the Landon Lecture Series on Public Issues.
