The president of Colombia, Juan Manuel Santos, is in the news this week as Vice President Joe Biden visits this often-troubled South American country. What you may not know is that President Santos is a Jayhawk, graduating from the University of Kansas in 1973. He returned to his alma mater recently to speak at KU's Dole Institute of Politics.
