In celebration of Women's History Month, KPR Presents features "Feminism and Activism," a lecture by activist Angela Davis. Davis spoke to a sold-out crowd at the University of Kansas February 7th, 2012, as part of a 40th anniversary commemoration of the "February Sisters" occupation on the KU campus.

She started at Kansas Public Radio in 2001; in 2006, she became the producer of our weekly public affairs program, KPR Presents, which changed its name in 2025 to Prairie Journal. In her spare time, she loves to read, travel, and attend theater.
