This week's Film Music Friday is devoted to rejected scores, movie music that for whatever reason was deemed unsuitable and was (often unceremoniously) dropped from the film. As a film composer it seems you're nobody 'til you've had at least one score rejected. We'll hear excerpts from Bernard Herrmann's unused score for Hitchcock's Torn Curtain, plus rejected scores from The Exorcist, 2001: A Space Oddysey, The Journey of Natty Gann and more.
