(AP) — A small northeast Kansas town that was nearly destroyed by a tornado is well on the road to recovery, despite receiving little help from the federal government. The tornado last February 28th damaged half of the homes in Harveyville in Wabaunsee County, which has a population of about 240 people. (AP) — Five men have been arrested in Wichita for running what police call an elaborate drug ring that dealt in PCP, also known as "angel dust" or "wet." KAKE-TV reports the men, all from the West Coast, were arrested Thursday night after police acted on a tip.
