It Was Still a Good Year. How Did the Royals Turn Things Around in One Season?

The Kansas City Royals season came to an end Thursday night after a 3-1 loss to the New York Yankees in the fourth game of the American League Division Series. The Yankees won the best-of-five series three games to one. Still, the Royals did make the playoffs. Compare that to last year, when the team lost more than 100 games. Greg Echlin explains how things got turned around so quickly.
