Seed companies have poured billions of dollars into research and development for high-tech soybeans and corn. The effort has led to raising more grain with less water. Farmers Have been flocking to new varieties of these crops. And that has left the wheat industry struggling to keep up. Grant Gerlock, of Harvest Public Media, reports on a push to grow wheat research.
