AAA: Gas Price to Remain Low Through Thanksgiving

Good news if you’re planning a late summer or early fall road trip. AAA's Jim Hanni (Haney) says gas prices will remain relatively low for the next couple of months. "We can expect gas prices, barring any unforeseen calamity, to continue to work their way lower as we move on into the fall and toward the Thanksgiving holiday." Hanni said. Prices at the pumps are around $2 per gallon of regular in most of Kansas and some stations are selling for even less. Hanni says the trend should continue as global demand is low and plenty of supplies are in place.
