Supreme Court Tells Nebraska to Pay Up in River Water Dispute with Kansas

The U-S Supreme Court has ordered the state of Nebraska to pay $5.5 million to the state of Kansas. As Harvest Public Media’s Jacob Grace reports, it's the latest ruling in a fight over water in the Republican River.
