Survey: Kansans Against Diverting Highway Funds

According to a new poll, the vast majority of Kansas voters support full funding for T-WORKS, the state's comprehensive transportation program.  The poll also shows most Kansans are against using highway funds to pay for the state's budget shortfall.  KPR's J. Schafer reports.
