KPR Presents: Voices from the Big First

Conversation with Virgil Dean, Audrey Coleman - Part 2

Week of March 7, 2021: What was on the minds of Kansans in the 1960s? We'll visit "Voices from the Big First: 1961-1968," the newest exhibit at the Dole Institute of Politics at the University of Kansas. Kansas historian Virgil Dean curated the exhibit, which features letters from Kansas voters to then-Congressman Bob Dole.

Kaye starts her weekends the same way you do: with Weekend Edition Saturday, Wait Wait Don't Tell Me, This American Life, and To the Best of Our Knowledge. She started at Kansas Public Radio in 2001; in 2006, she became the producer of our weekly public affairs program, KPR Presents. In her spare time, she loves to read, travel, and attend theater.
