Conversation with Gary Davis, Brittany Keegan at Watkins Museum

Week of June 26, 2022: Best-selling author Maggie Shipstead joins the KPR Present Book Club to talk about her newest book, Great Circle. It's the story of a daring female pilot and the actress who portrays her 60 years later. We'll also visit "Familiar Faces: the Gary Davis Collection," the newest exhibit at the Watkins Museum highlighting a huge donation of photographs that document the history of north Lawrence.

Kaye starts her weekends the same way you do: with Weekend Edition Saturday, Wait Wait Don't Tell Me, This American Life, and To the Best of Our Knowledge. She started at Kansas Public Radio in 2001; in 2006, she became the producer of our weekly public affairs program, KPR Presents. In her spare time, she loves to read, travel, and attend theater.
