The MTC Kids Jam concert series is specially designed with families in mind! Join us in the MTC lobby at 10 a.m. for art activities, followed by an hour-long concert with an acclaimed children’s musician.

Established in 2007 out of Greensboro, North Carolina, this rockin’ three-piece power pop band of long-time musicians Chuck Folds, Steve Willard, and Eddie Walker play parent-friendly educational children’s music. But this musical trio doesn’t play just any ole average music – Big Bang Boom songs are fun AND teach you things!

After 20 years of touring the grown-up stages, Folds, Willard, and Walker decided to expand their horizons and play for parents (like themselves) who want MORE from children’s music. They write songs with a pop sensibility by cleverly mixing alternative, hip-hop, rock, country, and other genres to create music that both adults AND children can enjoy.
