Conversations is sometimes serious and sometimes humorous, but always informative. Host Dan Skinner shares interviews with writers about recent works of fiction and non-fiction, featuring internationally known best-selling authors as well as new voices in literature. Conversations also shares updates on the area art scene through discussions about upcoming performances and exhibits.

She is also Director of the Emotional Regulation Lab and Co-Executive Director of the Center for Health Technology at Hunter College.

Hartnett’s previous novel is the critically acclaimed “Rabbit Cake” which was included on numerous “Best of 2017” book lists.
