Martin Puchner is a professor of Drama, and of English and Comparative Literature at Harvard University. He is the author of prizewinning books covering subjects from philosophy to the arts. He was the editor for the bestselling six-volume Norton Anthology of World Literature. On this edition of Conversations, he joins us to talk about his latest book, The Written Word – The Power of Stories to Shape People, History, Civilization.
