Conversations: Mark Lukach, "My Lovely Wife in the Psych Ward"

How does a marriage survive in the face of severe mental illness? Mark Lukach is a teacher and freelance writer. His work has been published in the New York Times, the Atlantic, and Wired, among other publications. On this edition of Conversations, he joins me to talk about his memoir, My Lovely Wife in the Psych Ward. Lukach talks about dealing with the mental health system, having faith in the love he shares with his wife, and lessons learned along the way.

Dan Skinner is a former Director of Kansas Public Radio and the Audio-Reader Network. He is the host of KPR's Conversations program.
