More than a dozen various federal agencies play a role in making sure America's food supply is safe. Some suggest it's time to combine all these agencies into one.

The FDA has expanded a recall of Blue Bell Ice Cream products after discovering more listeria bacteria. The expanded recall comes in the wake of an earlier recall, which was ordered after three people in Kansas died after eating tainted ice cream at a Wichita hospital.
