An investigation is underway into a massive fraud scheme involving bribes and phony Kansas drivers' licenses issued in Johnson County. One of the people arrested is a former employee with the Kansas Department of Revenue: 28-year-old Samantha Jo Moore, who worked as a driver's license examiner at the DMV (Department of Motor Vehicles) office in Mission.
