A committee in the Kansas House will take up an anti-abortion bill next week. Supporters of the measure say they want to ban what they call "dismemberment" abortions. Opponents call the procedure "dilation and evacuation" and say it's one of the safest methods for women who wish to terminate a pregnancy.
