    ‘Ag-Gag' Law Struck Down As Unconstitutional
    Animal rights activists say a new ruling comes as a major blow to Idaho's controversial law banning covert filming of animal abuse on farms. The court ruling struck down Idaho's so-called "ag-gag" law. Similar laws are currently in effect in more than half a dozen states, including Kansas and Missouri.
