This was a week for notable endorsements and new TV ads in the Kansas governor’s race and key contests for Congress. Jim McLean caught up on the latest with a couple of his Kansas News Service colleagues.

Reporters Stephen Koranda and Madeline Fox joined Jim McLean in the Kansas News Service studio in Topeka for this week's roundtable discussion.  The Kansas News Service is a collaboration involving Kansas Public Radio and other public media news outlets dedicated to covering health, education, and politics, across the state. The team will be tracking developments throughout this general election season.  Listen every Friday for a political roundtable discussion here on KPR.
