Frustrated by the Legislature’s inaction, protesters pushing for Medicaid expansion in Kansas showed up at the Statehouse in Topeka yesterday (TUE). But, as Jim McLean reports for the Kansas News Service, security guards blocked them from confronting legislative leaders face to face.
