Nursing Homes Ask Legislature for Relief from "Heavy-Handed" Regulations

Kansas nursing homes say too much red tape at both the state and federal levels is threatening to drive them out of business. And, as Jim McLean of the Kansas News Service reports, they’re asking state lawmakers for help.
