There seems to be growing tension over the future of education in Kansas. The fight last year over block grant funding was hard for all sides. Many teachers felt under the attack and some decided to leave the state. But there are even more bills on the schedule this session that would change education policy in Kansas. Teachers and school administrators say the mood in the legislature this year seems particularly bitter. Sam Zeff of KCUR in Kansas City reports.
