At this hour, the longest legislative session in state history continues in Topeka. Kansas lawmakers still can’t agree on a way to fund the budget they’ve already passed. While the House and Senate remain gridlocked, we present this audio postcard that helps highlight some of the divisions and disagreements that have been taking shape at the Statehouse.
