In Session: Changes Coming to Kansas School Funding, Tax Policy & Gun Laws?

Public school funding, tax policy and Kansas gun laws. As we learn in this week's installment of "In Session," changes could be coming to all three of these issues. The House passed a bill that would do away with the current school finance system and replace it with block grants. Last Friday, a three-judge panel in Shawnee County indicated it may challenge the block grant plan. But for now, the legislation is moving forward. KPR's J. Schafer spoke with Statehouse reporter Stephen Koranda to learn more.
