Governor Sam Brownback’s proposal will reorganize the agencies that handle Medicaid and create privatized managed-care programs. A rally is scheduled for tomorrow (WED), as lawmakers return to Topeka for the wrap up session. The protest is aimed at urging legislators to exempt people with developmental disabilities from the proposed managed care programs.
