Governor: Bioscience Authority Controversy Won't Affect NBAF

Govnernor Sam Brownback says controversy over the Kansas Bioscience Authority will not hurt efforts to build a new federal lab in Manhattan. That city was selected as the site for the National Bio- and Agro-Defense Facility, or NBAF. As KPR’s Stephen Koranda tells us, some people wonder if continued criticism of the KBA could impact the federal lab project.
