Legislators are struggling to make any progress in budget talks as the clock ticks down. Thursday is scheduled to be the final day of the 2011 session. The disagreement is over how much money the state should have left in reserve at the end of next fiscal year. As KPR’s Stephen Koranda tells us, some lawmakers are now looking at what they’ll do if budget talks break down completely.
