The legislation would make it a felony for federal agents to confiscate firearms, firearm accessories and ammunition that is manufactured in Kansas and does not cross state lines.=========Classic Car Crashes into Wichita House, Kills DriverWICHITA, Kan. (AP) — Investigators are checking whether a classic car had mechanical problems before it slammed into a northwest Wichita house, killing the driver. Yesterday police identified the driver of the wrecked 1941 Packard convertible as 84-year-old Murvall Dick. He was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash Thursday afternoon.
