Prom season means brand new dresses, cute prom-proposals and lots of high schoolers dancing.

Whether you went to prom last year or twenty years ago, we want to hear all about your prom. Tell us your favorite prom memory, whether it's an awkward first kiss or a dress malfunction you just can't forget.

Share your story with us, and you could end up featured in an upcoming edition of the Up First newsletter and Morning Edition.

You can see some of your responses and others' prom stories — and get the news you need to start your day — by subscribing to the Up First newsletter.

Please include your first and last name, age and where you're from. If you would like, you can also upload a photo of yourself at your prom.

We will accept responses until 8 a.m. ET on Sunday, May 12th.

Your submission will be governed by our general Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. As the Privacy Policy says, we want you to be aware that there may be circumstances in which the exemptions provided under law for journalistic activities or freedom of expression may override privacy rights you might otherwise have.
